• 12/12/2018... "Brokeback Mountain" on US National Film Registry...guarantees film is preserved by National Film Preservation Act. Criteria for selection: movie be “culturally, historically, socially, or aesthetically significant" 

• Grace Woodroofe & Bon Iver both wrote songs in tribute of Heath: Bon Iver's "Perth" available on ITunes Apple

• 11/14/19...A star in constellation of Scorpio (astrological sign of death, transformation, & rebirth) was named Heath Andrew Ledger to immortalize Heath's soul in the astronomical Heavens forever.

  JOAQUIN PHOENIX won a Golden Globe for  "Joker," & credited Heath with inspiring him 

• Phoenix also won the 2019 Oscar for Best Actor in "Joker" 

• Heath's performance as the Joker is so compelling it has inspired the movie industry to explore Joker's personality further, starting with "Suicide Squad" in 2016 where Harley Quinn is revealed as his girl. Then, 2019, "Joker" explores psychological beginnings of how Joker came to be the sociopath of "The Dark Knight." Finally, 2020, Harley Quinn appears again, with her psychotic girl crew, "Birds of Prey." 

• There is a book by DC Comics, "The Joker Quotes from the Clown Prince of Crime," taken from dialogue spoken by Heath in "The Dark Knight."

• There is also a book called "Heath Ledger Quotes -- 100 Quotes" said by him & people who knew him.

• "Suicide Squad 2" -- a new feature film in the "Joker franchise" -- is scheduled for release 8/6/2021, starring Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, John Cena, Pete Davidson, Idris Alba, & Jared Leto as the Joker.

• 12/15/2020..."The Dark Knight" is 1 of 20 films selected for the US National Film Registry by the Library of Congress, which guarantees it will be preserved under the National Film Preservation Act. Criteria for selection is that film be "culturally, historically, socially or aesthetically significant."

• "The Peacemaker" is a new TV series starring John Cena who reprises his role from "Suicide Squad 2". It premiered 01/13/22 on HBO Max Streaming to good ratings & reviews.

• A "Joker II" sequel to "The Joker" with   JOAQUIN PHOENIX, has just finished wrapping up filming w/great secrecy. The film also stars LADY GAGA. Release date unknown at this time.

• 4/15/23 In Atlanta, GA USA , a chess emporium for black college students is being established, inspired by "The Queen's Gambit," the TV series, which was inspired by Heath's brainchild for the movie he was going to make before he died.

Y'all don't REALLY think he's just GONE, do you? That marvelous, beautiful, talented soul just vanished into thin air? Supposedly his ghost walks Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth, Australia where his ashes reside by his family...they are old reports, been around for years. This webmaster believes in the Afterlife, Heath may guide my hands as I create this website in his name. Do I have proof? I cannot provide conclusive scientific "proof." But imagine...was he guiding his documentary "I am Heath Ledger"...was the timing because Matilda Rose is now old enough to see it?  Also, Heath was never truly solo in life, so if his soul is alive, don't you think he has a girlfriend or wife tucked away amongst the clouds somewhere? It may comfort some to believe he is not alone and he is happy. Under God, anything is possible; Heath may be planning his comeback!
